Shipping Policy

1.UPS Ground:
US orders are shipped with this method and is free for all orders over $300.00, we ship our orders on Tuesdays and Fridays from New York State. Typical UPS Ground transit times apply. We do require your physical address, UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

Canadian Orders
All Canadian orders ship with UPS Standard and we offer free shipping on orders over $300.00

Canadian orders can take up to 6-10 business days for delivery.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once you place your order by clicking on the "SUBMIT MY ORDER" button, you will see the order confirmation page and an e-mail containing your order number will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us directly at 1-888-446-5695 or via e-mail at lightingconcept@distribution-online.com

Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you stating that your order has been shipped. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door.

Orders May Be Delayed for the Following Reasons:
- “Bill To” and “Ship to” addresses are not the same.
- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order which requires special customization.
- An order is shipped to a special location such as Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO or International. In these cases we can still ship your order but have to make alternate arrangements for shipment with the US Post office.
